Travel & mileage
The travel reservation fee covers travel time and reserving your appointment slot. Longer trips add a mileage surcharge, calculated automatically at booking.
0 – 20 miles
$100 travel fee. No mileage surcharge.
20 – 50 miles
$100 + $2 per mile for every mile over 20.
50 – 100 miles
$100 + $2/mile (miles 20–50) + $5 per mile over 50.

Mobile Travel Fee
Starting at $100
Per appointment within standard Maryland service areas. Plus $8 per notarial act.

Hospital / Nursing Facility Visits

Cancellation policy
No payment is required to book — you reserve your appointment for free. Your total is calculated from the services completed, travel, location, and timing, and is settled at your appointment or via a secure invoice sent afterward. Clients who cancel after travel has begun or fail to appear at the scheduled appointment may still be responsible for an agreed travel fee.
